In a date, tap ⋯ (More actions) at the top and choose Report and block. After a date has ended, the same Report and block is under it in the Dates tab. The person can no longer see you or contact you, and we aim to act on the report within 24 hours. If someone is in immediate danger, call the local emergency number (112 in the EU) first.
In the app: Account tab → Delete account → Continue, type DELETE and tap Delete forever. If you are still filling in your application, the same button is on its first step and on its summary; while it is being reviewed, at the bottom of the application screen.
Deletion is permanent and removes your application, profile, photos, dates and messages at once — a date's messages are removed for both of you. A date in progress ends, and the other person is not told why.
What stays: reports you have made or that were made about you, together with the copy of the conversation and profile taken when a report was filed, kept as the Privacy Policy describes.
If you can no longer sign in, e-mail [email protected] from the address of your account and we will delete it for you.

Napauta treffeillä yläreunan ⋯-painiketta (Lisää toimintoja) ja valitse Ilmoita ja estä. Kun treffit ovat päättyneet, sama Ilmoita ja estä on niiden alla Treffit-välilehdellä. Henkilö ei enää näe sinua eikä voi ottaa sinuun yhteyttä, ja pyrimme käsittelemään ilmoituksen 24 tunnin kuluessa. Jos joku on välittömässä vaarassa, soita ensin hätänumeroon 112.
Sovelluksessa: Tili-välilehti → Poista tili → Jatka, kirjoita DELETE ja napauta Poista pysyvästi. Jos täytät vielä hakemusta, sama painike on sen ensimmäisessä vaiheessa ja yhteenvedossa; kun hakemus on käsittelyssä, hakemusnäkymän alalaidassa.
Poisto on pysyvä ja poistaa heti hakemuksesi, profiilisi, kuvasi, treffisi ja viestisi – treffien viestit poistuvat teiltä molemmilta. Kesken olevat treffit päättyvät, eikä toiselle kerrota syytä.
Säilyy: tekemäsi ja sinusta tehdyt ilmoitukset sekä ilmoitushetkellä otettu kopio keskustelusta ja profiilista tietosuojaselosteen mukaisesti.
